If anything is different on the machine from the way it was at the start of the day,
pass that information along to the next operator and place this detail on the shift report.

Make sure to conduct the inspection the same direction every time.
When in doubt about a situation always remember this rule: STOP - THINK - ACT

If safety defects exist, tag out and DO NOT OPERATE until repaired

You should always take care about the equipment. If you notice dirty windshield or dirty lights - clean it.
